Cosmetology Inspection and Certification Program
QVHD conducts inspections of barbershop, hairdressing, cosmetology, and massage therapy establishments for the safety and protection of both consumers and practitioners. Preventing infection is the number one concern when inspecting a cosmetology establishment.
